Dandelion wine
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Dandelion wine made at home is an interesting and unusual beverage that requires a little effort to make. It's best to pick dandelions for the wine early in the season, somewhere far from civilization. This way, you'll use young, unpolluted flower buds. By the way, the amount of ingredients listed is enough to make 1-2 bottles of wine. Good luck! Serve chilled.

Step 10

Using a strainer, pour the liquid into a bottle. Shake the container and add cloves. Place a balloon over the bottle neck. Make small holes in the balloon for air to escape, then put the bottle in a cool place for one week. After a week, transfer the wine to another bottle and store it without a cork for 4–6 weeks. Then seal it with a cork. The wine will be ready to drink after two months.
