1. Carefully sort the grapes. There's no need to wash them, but it's essential to manually remove green berries, leaves, small debris, and other impurities. Fill the pot up to 3/4, add sugar, and mash by hand.

2. Place the mixture into an enameled saucepan or a plastic bowl, cover with gauze, and let it ferment for 4 days. Periodically skim off the foam layer.

3. Next, pour the clear juice into a bottle and squeeze all the pulp into it. Filter thoroughly to ensure small particles do not get into the wine. Install an airlock on top and let the wine ferment in a warm, dark place until the airlock stops producing bubbles. Then carefully, avoiding the sediment, transfer it into decorative bottles. Age the wine in a cellar or basement for 40 days or longer.
