We thoroughly wash the fruits with water. Cut them into medium-sized pieces. Blend in a blender until smooth purée forms.

Strain the pear puree through a double-layered cheesecloth. Try to squeeze out the maximum amount of liquid.

Pour sugar into one liter of water. Place the pot over heat and cook the syrup. Then, combine the strained pear juice with the prepared syrup and the remaining water. Stir with a spoon, pour into jars, and place in a warm spot. Seal each jar with a lid equipped with an airlock.

Wine usually ferments for about a month. After a month, you can start tasting it. You can also leave the wine to mature for another three months to develop a fuller flavor.
