Description
The recipe won't take much time. In the cellar at our country house, we store homemade wine. It's lovely to gather the whole family, settle under the linden tree, wrap our feet in a blanket, and enjoy a glass of apricot wine. We started making it about two years ago and, as they say, got hooked. One thing to know about homemade wine is that it goes down easily, but getting up afterwards can be tough. So don't overdo it! As for making the wine, I always consult with my father, and to be honest, he's the one who monitors its fermentation and aging. The recipe I found online turned out to be very simple. I'm sharing it with you now. By the way, this is important—use only very ripe apricots! The drink is now ready to serve.
