Wine cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Red wine combined with chocolate works great! I use semi-dry, but you can also choose sweet varieties. The amount of sugar in the cake depends on the wine you choose and your taste preferences. If you like very sweet desserts, feel free to add up to 2 cups. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.

Sift the dry ingredients – flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa – separately. Using a whisk, gently mix them so they combine well and become infused with oxygen.

Step 8

Depending on the size of the pan, bake the crust for 30 to 50 minutes. Check doneness with a match or a toothpick. It took me about 45 minutes.

When the base has cooled well, melt the chocolate in the cream.
