
Vietnamese spicy sauce
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. Asian cuisine is extremely spicy, and this sauce is no exception. Serve it chilled to reduce the intensity of the heat. Always wear gloves when preparing the sauce to avoid burning your hands. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Put ground paprika, dried garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper into a deep bowl or coupe glass. Add water and fish sauce.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both halves into a container, removing the seeds. Add the remaining pulp to the container as well.

Put on gloves and finely chop the washed chili pepper pod, adding it to the container with the other ingredients. Gently mix. Cutting the pepper without gloves may burn your hands.
