
Ham in mustard-honey glaze
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Baked ham is one of the most "foolproof" dishes you can make for a family lunch or a dinner with friends in less than 3 hours. It is perfect for special occasions such as Easter, Christmas, or New Year. The finished dish can be served immediately.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add the ham, and cook covered for one and a half hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: put sugar into a bowl.

Add whole grain mustard.

Then – honey.

Remove the thyme leaves from the stems, finely chop them, and add to a bowl.

Finally, add the cinnamon and mix the icing.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the cooked ham in a baking dish and use a tablespoon to spread half of the prepared glaze over the ham.

Insert cloves into the surface of the ham piece at 3 cm intervals, then place the ham in a hot oven.

After 30 minutes, brush the ham all over with the remaining glaze. Return the ham to the oven for another 30 minutes.
