Oyster Mushrooms in Batter
Description
If you love mushroom dishes, be sure to treat yourself to juicy oyster mushrooms in batter. They are especially delicious with sour cream, garlic sauce, and mashed potatoes. Remember that the batter should be very thick, like pancake batter, so it sticks to the mushrooms. Be sure to dry the oyster mushrooms thoroughly after washing to remove excess moisture; otherwise the batter won't stick. Serve the appetizer at the table.
