So, thoroughly rinse the mushrooms under running water and remove any debris.

Now we put the mushrooms in a pot and cover them with water (1 liter of water per 1 kg of mushrooms), place the pot on the heat and boil the oyster mushrooms for 10 minutes. Then drain the mushrooms in a colander and transfer them to a clean jar, add the spices and minced garlic.

For the marinade, mix water and coarse salt, bring the liquid to a boil, and stir until the salt is fully dissolved. Pour the hot marinade over the mushrooms in the jar and screw on the lid. Place the jar in the refrigerator; after 24 hours, the mushrooms are ready to eat.
