
Pleurotus mushrooms with pasta

Rinse the oyster mushrooms under water and cut into medium-sized pieces. Place the mushrooms onto a preheated frying pan greased with oil. It is preferable to cook this dish in olive oil, as it enhances the flavor. Sauté the oyster mushrooms for 10 minutes over moderate heat.

Drop butterfly-shaped pasta into a saucepan of boiling water. Any type of pasta will work here, but farfalle look especially attractive in this dish, and children love them. Cook until done.
