Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the onions and slice them into strips or half-rings. Fry in vegetable oil in the multicooker bowl using the "Baking" or "Frying" setting for 10-15 minutes until translucent. Be sure to stir occasionally.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the oyster mushrooms and cut them into strips or into pieces of any size, as you prefer. Add to the multicooker bowl and gently mix with the onion.
- 3
Step 3

In a skillet or saucepan, melt the butter, add a few tablespoons of flour, quickly stir and cook for a couple of minutes.
- 4
Step 4

In a separate dish, mix the sour cream with a few tablespoons of water. Stir until smooth, add to the fried sauce, and mix again.
- 5
Step 5

We cut the peeled potatoes into strips and also add them to the bowl. You can layer the mushrooms and potatoes, then there will be less need to mix them.
- 6
Step 6

Season the contents of the pot, add pepper to taste, and pour over the prepared sauce. Mix well, set the "Stewing" mode, and set the time for 1 hour. When the timer signals the end of stewing, stir the potatoes with mushrooms and cook for another 15–20 minutes. However, if both mushrooms and potatoes are already cooked, simply close the multicooker lid and let it stand for 15 minutes, keeping it turned on but without any active mode.
