Description
To prepare this dish, you will need a large head of Chinese cabbage, a bit of time, imagination, and a desire to surprise your family. This dish is in a traditional Eastern style, adapted to our realities.

Step 1

1. Cut a large head of napa cabbage so that the bottom third, with its coarse white stems, is removed and not used in this dish (it's perfect for making a side dish). Separate the top part of the cabbage leaf by leaf. Use the small, tightly curved, and torn inner leaves for a regular salad. We need the largest, most tender parts of the outer leaves. These are the ones we'll use to make the rolls.
