Pumpkin Frittata
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. The filling for vertutu can vary greatly, but I highly recommend making it with pumpkin. It turns out incredibly delicious and, most importantly, healthy. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Let's begin... Prepare the dough: mix flour, water, salt, and vegetable oil. The dough should be soft, and the essential condition is to use warm water.

Step 2

2. Set the dough aside and grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. You can also add apples. Then, roll out the dough as you would for dumplings and brush the base with vegetable oil. Spread the pumpkin evenly over the surface and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Step 3

3. Carefully roll up the roll and seal the edges. Place each one on a greased baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and put the vertuta inside. Bake for no more than 35 minutes.

Step 4

4. You can serve homemade vertuta with pumpkin with jam, condensed milk, or fruits. My family and I enjoy vertuta as a standalone dish, without any additions.
