Description
The recipe won't take much time. Want to find out? Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the ribs thoroughly. You will also need a roasting bag or foil. Let's get started!
- 2
Step 2

Mix together the marinade ingredients: vegetable oil, ketchup, honey, spices, and salt. You can adjust the amount of salt to your taste. However, avoid over-salting, as the meat will be marinated for a long time.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the pork ribs into pieces. Cut right in the middle between two bones. Place the pieces into the marinade and mix well.
- 4
Step 4

Press down on the meat, making sure all pieces are submerged in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours. Periodically remove the ribs and stir.
- 5
Step 5

After 6 hours, take the ribs out of the refrigerator. Place them on heavy-duty foil, wrap tightly, and put into a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Unwrap the foil and brown the ribs for another 15–20 minutes—adjust according to your oven. I have an open grill, so 10 minutes were enough to get a nice, appetizing crust. Serve the ribs with vegetables and fresh herbs.
