Viennese coffee

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Starting the day with a cup of this coffee is a real pleasure. I always make it for myself before a hard workday to wake up and enjoy the incredible taste and aroma. There are various ways to prepare Viennese coffee, but this is my favorite one.

Instructions

   Step 1

   Brew black coffee in your usual way.

   Step 2

   Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.

   Step 3

   Pour the hot coffee into the chocolate and stir.

   Step 4

   Add a little cream and sugar.

   Step 5

   Whip the cream while the coffee with chocolate is on the double boiler.

   Step 6

   Pour coffee into cups, filling them 2/3 full. Carefully pour cream on top without stirring. Sprinkle cocoa and cinnamon on top.
