Step 1
Make small cuts along the entire length of the Vienna sausages, but not all the way through. Secure the ends with toothpicks and fry.

Grate the cheese, wash the greens.

Beat the eggs with the grated cheese. Reserve a little cheese for garnish.

Pour the sausage with egg and cheese as shown in the photo, fry until cooked through.

Garnish with herbs and cheese on top. Voilà, our Viennese sausages are ready.
