
Cinnamon and Vanilla Wreaths
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can shape the pastries differently, making them larger or smaller. I recommend making the dough yourself—use a food processor for kneading or prepare it by hand. Serve the finished rolls warm or at room temperature. The baking is done. Serve at the table.

1. Pour warm water into the bowl of a mixer, dissolve the yeast in it, and let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Pour the milk into a saucepan, split 1 vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds, then add the seeds along with the pod into the milk. Place the saucepan over heat and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and set aside.

3. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk saucepan, add 1 egg, flour, salt, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/3 cup of sugar, and the milk with vanilla to the yeast.

4. Knead the dough at low speed for 5 minutes.

5. Grease the film with vegetable oil, place the dough on it and wrap.

6. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.

7. Split the remaining vanilla pods and remove the seeds, then mix them with the remaining sugar.

8. Remove the film from the dough and divide it into 8 parts.

9. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a thin sheet.

10. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and brush it over the rectangle, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up the dough into a log.
