    In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat half of the total amount of oil.

    Cut the pork meat into small cubes and brown in 3-4 batches until lightly seared.

    When the last batch of meat is fried, add all the meat back to the pan and add the remaining oil, sliced onion in half-rings, and paprika. Fry over fairly high heat for about 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
