    1. Before preparing the Hungarian vatrushka in a multicooker, mix all the ingredients for the filling: eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, and starch (or semolina, depending on your preference). Then blend everything with an immersion blender until a smooth, homogeneous mixture forms.
