Hungarian vatrushka with chocolate filling
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. Hungarian vatrushka is a special kind of pastry with cottage cheese, and there are several ways to prepare this dessert. The first version is made with puff pastry filled with cottage cheese and lemon, shaped like little envelopes and dusted with powdered sugar. But today I want to offer you the second version. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.
