Description

This is a fairly simple recipe for vegetarian pilaf in a multicooker using minimal ingredients. If desired, you can add mushrooms, legumes, or other vegetables to taste. This is a great option for a healthy and nutritious dish. 1. First, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. 2. Pour a little oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and turn on the Sauté mode. 3. Once the oil is hot, add the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add the minced garlic and mix well. 5. Peel the carrots and sweet pepper, then cut them into medium-sized pieces. 6. Add them to the bowl and sauté for another 2–3 minutes. 7. Finally, add the peas and mix thoroughly. 8. Season with a little salt and pepper. You can also use any spices you like in this vegetarian pilaf recipe. 9. Add the rice and pour in the required amount of water. 10. Add salt and gently mix everything. 11. Switch to Pilaf mode and cook for 25–35 minutes, depending on your appliance's power. That's it—your homemade vegetarian pilaf in a multicooker is ready. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
