The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Vegetarian cutlets are very easy to make. The base for the cutlets is made from boiled potatoes in their skins, and the filling is prepared from vegetables and Adyghe cheese. You can use a variety of vegetables—whatever you have in your fridge—so don't be afraid to improvise. It's always welcome! Be sure to try making the cream sauce according to this recipe.     Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, and mash into a puree. Crumble the cheese finely and grate the carrots.

    Heat a frying pan and sauté the carrots and cheese in it for about 10 minutes. Then add the spices: turmeric, salt, crushed chili pepper, and cream. Finally, add chopped herbs and mix everything well. The zrazy filling is ready!

    Now we make the zrazy. For this, wet your hands with water or grease them with oil. Form a thick patty from the mashed potatoes in your palm (if it turns out too soft, add a little flour to the potatoes). Then place the filling onto the patty and seal it up. Be careful when sealing to prevent the filling from leaking out during frying. Coat the zrazy on both sides with flour and fry in a pan with oil. Alternatively, you can bake them on a baking sheet in the oven (at 180 degrees for 30 minutes).
