
Vegetarian cabbage rolls made with Napa cabbage

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Vegetarian cabbage rolls made with Napa cabbage are very easy to make. For the filling, use rice, mushrooms, and sautéed onion and carrots. Separate the cabbage leaves and place them in hot water for 10 minutes. The leaves will become soft and easy to roll.
