Vegetarian stuffed cabbage rolls
Description
Vegetarian stuffed cabbage rolls are absolutely delicious. I always make the filling the same way, but I love experimenting with the sauce. In this step-by-step recipe with photos, I didn't use any sauce at all, and still ended up with a tasty result. But when I do add sauce, I always improvise—sometimes I mix sour cream with ketchup, sometimes with ajika, sometimes with homemade tomato paste, or add a garlic sauce made with mayonnaise. In short, every time I come up with something new. And that's exactly what I wish for you too :) Read on and enjoy!
