
Vegetarian Gravy
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I only recently discovered this simple recipe for a vegetarian gravy. The thing is, I always thought soy cutlets were terribly unpleasant. As often happens in life, it turned out that I had simply been preparing them incorrectly! I'm sure that with this recipe for vegetarian gravy, you'll also change your opinion about soy meat. The finished dish can now be served.

Step 1

1. For now, thaw the cutlets and (optionally) fry them separately in oil. Finely chop the onion, tomato, and carrot, and sauté them in vegetable oil.

2. Separately mix the tomato paste and flour. Add to the vegetables along with the spices and meatballs, sauté briefly, then pour in water and reduce the heat. Simmer until the meatballs are cooked through.
