Vegetarian lasagna with spinach
Description
It's very convenient to cook this casserole using a multicooker, so I recommend using one. Let's get started. 1. Pour 1.5 liters of water into the multicooker bowl, close the lid, and bring to a boil. Then add lasagna sheets to the boiling water and cook for several minutes. After that, drain the water and dry the lasagna sheets. 2. Boil the spinach and eggs, then place them in a food processor together with Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Mix the puree with cottage cheese. 3. Prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add flour and spices. Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Now assemble the casserole. Pour a little sauce onto the bottom of the multicooker bowl, then place a layer of lasagna sheets. Add a layer of the spinach and cottage cheese mixture, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add another layer of lasagna sheets. Repeat the layers in the same order, spreading sauce over each layer. Top with a final layer of grated cheese. 5. Set the multicooker to the "baking" mode, close the lid, and cook the spinach lasagna for 30 minutes. Once ready, divide into portions and serve.
