Vegetarian Gingerbread

Description
I must say, this recipe exceeded all my expectations. The gingerbread cake is delicious! I never would have believed that a vegan dough could be so tasty. Sweet, very soft, fragrant, perfect for celebrations. It keeps well for several days at room temperature. Probably even longer, but we didn't get a chance to test that :) Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.

1. Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and raisins. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes, until the sugar dissolves.

2. Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well. Place the dough into a baking pan greased with coconut oil.

3. Bake the dessert for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
