Vegan Burger
Description
It works both for holidays and for everyday meals. Vegan food has become very popular now, and to add a little variety to the menu, I suggest learning the recipe for a vegan burger. This is a very filling, tasty, and aromatic burger that does not use ground meat. Instead, you need to prepare a beet puree. You can optionally add your favorite spices, for example, Provençal or Italian herbs. Be sure to make this burger—you will like it. It can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Dice the boiled beets into small cubes, add finely chopped garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Sauté them in olive oil to cook off some of the moisture.

Step 2

2. Add the semolina and, stirring constantly, sauté for another 10 minutes so that the semolina swells and absorbs the moisture from the beets. Using a masher or a fork, lightly crush the beets.

Step 3

3. Let it cool and shape the cutlets. Coat the cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in a generous amount of vegetable oil until crisp and golden. Transfer the finished cutlets to a paper towel.

Step 4

4. Assemble the burger: if desired, lightly toast the buns in a dry skillet, then spread sauce on one half, add lettuce leaves, the patties, tomato and onion sliced into rings, and close with the other half of the bun.
