Prepare all the ingredients.

Mash the margarine together with the sugar using a fork until the mixture is smooth and uniform.

Then add the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix by hand until you get a uniform crumb.

Add a couple of teaspoons of water. Mix. You should get a firm, elastic dough. It's better to add the water gradually. Roll the dough into a ball and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Break the tofu with a fork or blend it in a blender. Add sugar, vanilla and citric acid to taste. Finally, add 1–2 tbsp of rice flour if the filling is too runny.

Divide the dough into 8–12 equal parts. Roll them into balls.

Roll each ball out to a thickness of 4–5 mm.

On one side, place about 1–1.5 tbsp of tofu filling. Spread it with a spoon in a thin layer.
