Prepare all the ingredients.

In warm water, dissolve the sugar and dry yeast. Leave for 15 minutes for the yeast to activate.

Add salt and vegetable oil and mix well.

Gradually sift the flour into a bowl. Knead a soft dough.

Cover with plastic wrap, put in a warm place and leave for 1 hour until the dough doubles in volume.

Knead the dough on a floured surface. Roll out and cut out circles with a glass.

With a smaller round cutter, cut the holes out of the donuts. Let them rise for 15 minutes.

Deep-fry until golden on both sides.

Place the fried doughnuts on paper towels so the excess oil is absorbed. Let them cool completely.

For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, coconut milk, and water. For the chocolate glaze, add cocoa powder.
