Description

Knead yeast dough made without a sponge, prepare a filling of cottage cheese with the addition of apples, and bake the vatrushki in the oven until golden brown. They can be served with tea or coffee.

In warm water, add the dry yeast, sugar (50 grams), and a pinch of salt.

Crack in 1 chicken egg and pour in the oil. Mix.
