Vatrushki with blueberry and apple

Description

They go perfectly with tea and coffee. The vatrushki turn out tender and moderately sweet, but if you like them sweeter, dust the tops with powdered sugar. Pat the berries completely dry before adding them—extra moisture will make the dough soggy. They are wonderful with a cup of tea or a mug of cold milk. You can serve them with tea or coffee.

    Prepare all the ingredients you need for vatrushki with blueberries and apple. Wash the apple and berries and pat them dry.

    Put the cottage cheese, sugar, salt, and sour cream in a bowl, pour in half of the beaten egg, and mix.

    Add vegetable oil and milk, mix until smooth. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the bowl. Knead a soft, uniform dough and divide it into pieces.

    Grease the baking molds with vegetable oil, place one piece of dough in each, and spread it over the bottom and sides. Prick the dough on the bottom with a fork.
