Cheese pastries from cottage cheese
Description
The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. Sometimes the cheese filling releases liquid during preparation. To prevent the buns from burning during baking due to the juice, the filling should be slightly drained. If your cottage cheese turns out too runny, add a teaspoon of potato starch to it; this will help the filling set during baking. Serve with tea or coffee.
