Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I want to share, serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1
1. Beat two eggs with a mixer until fluffy and white. Add soft butter and beat again. Add sieved cottage cheese and starch, mix well with the mixer.

2. Pour orange liqueur over the raisins and let them steep for two hours. Add to the cottage cheese mixture.

3. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin layer and cut out circles. Place the circles into muffin tins greased with vegetable oil.

4. Fill each mold with the cheese mixture up to 2/3 of the mold's volume. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
