Cheese pastry on kefir
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. This set of ingredients makes about 10 small vatrushkas. This pastry is especially good as a dessert for dinner, since yeast-free dough is much easier for the body to digest. And the cottage cheese filling is very healthy for adults and especially for children. The treat is relatively quick and easy to prepare.

Step 1

1. I start by preparing the dough: sift flour into a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of sugar, salt, and baking soda, then mix. Pour sunflower oil and warm kefir into the bowl, knead a soft dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
