Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use boiled condensed milk to fill nuts, as a cake or pastry filling, or simply eat it with a spoon—it's delicious. Serve chilled.

For cooking, take a can of high-quality plain condensed milk.

Remove the label from the jar.

Place the can in a tall pot and pour in water so that the can is completely submerged. Put the pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Then cover with a lid and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. The water under the lid should barely simmer. Cook the condensed milk in the boiling water for 2 hours.

If necessary, add boiling water. Make sure the jar is always completely submerged in water.

Let the finished boiled condensed milk cool completely. You can remove the can from the water. Open the cooled can and use the condensed milk as desired.
