Boiled sugar in milk
Description
You can use sugar of any grain size, fine or coarse. The milk should ideally have a fat content of 3 to 4 percent. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can use vanilla essence, cinnamon, or add some chopped nuts. If you don't have silicone candy molds, grease any mold with butter, pour in the hot boiled sugar, and make shallow cuts on the surface. Let the sugar cool and harden completely, then break it into pieces by hand.
