
Boiled crayfish
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cooking crayfish is quite easy, and it makes an excellent beer snack. This is a very appetizing and delicious dish. Serve hot.

1. It is very important that the crayfish are alive before cooking. Before preparing them, place them in a container with water so they can float (for example, in a basin). Then thoroughly rinse them under running water (several times if necessary).

2. Pour water into a saucepan, place over heat, and bring the water to a boil. Then add bay leaf, dill, salt, and sugar. Now add the crayfish (to avoid getting pinched by their claws, hold them by their backs) and cook for about twenty minutes.

3. When the crayfish are cooked, place them on a serving dish (do not overcrowd the dish, as they will become less juicy), and garnish with dill sprigs. An excellent beer snack!
