Boiled meatballs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Boiled meatballs, despite what many think, are very delicious. We are used to meatballs being well-fried on all sides, and that tastes good. But unfortunately, it is very hard on the liver and stomach. Today I'm sharing a recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Place the minced meat into a deep bowl, add the egg, the slice of bread soaked in water, and the spices.

Step 2

Then add the onion, grated on a fine grater. Mix everything well and firmly beat the meat mixture.
- 3
Step 3

Form patties of the same size.

Step 4

There are two ways to cook meatballs: in a deep dish with a glass of water added, or using a double boiler. I prefer the second method—the meatballs turn out much more tender.

Step 5

Since I'm using beef mince, the meatballs need to be cooked a bit longer—approximately 25–30 minutes—and they're ready. Serve with a side dish and vegetables.
