Cherry dumplings (yeast dough)

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Cherry dumplings turn out filling, juicy, and extremely delicious. They can be prepared regardless of the season, as you can use not only fresh but also canned or frozen cherries. The special feature of this recipe is the boiled dough, which is much softer and airier—it simply melts in your mouth.

In another bowl, beat an egg, then pour it into the dough, gradually adding flour and kneading the dough.
