Dumplings with cottage cheese and raspberry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I had some frozen raspberries in my freezer, but never got around to making anything with them. Then I decided to make cheese-filled vareniki and thought to add raspberries to the filling. The result was a very tasty and aromatic dish, enjoyable both by adults and children. Of course, fresh raspberries are better in summer, but frozen ones work excellently too. Feel free to experiment with the filling, combining various ingredients and creating your own combinations. Serve hot.
