Dumplings with sorrel
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make these dumplings all year round using frozen sorrel, but in summer, with fresh sorrel, they turn out especially aromatic, juicy, and delicious. Despite the sugar in the filling, these dumplings have a pleasant, slightly tangy taste. They are very tasty served with sour cream or natural yogurt. Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. This dish is not only delicious and budget-friendly, but also very healthy! Be sure to try it during the season. Serve hot.
