Dumplings with lard
Description
First, let's prepare the dough. 1. Sift 2.5 cups of flour into a mixing bowl (reserve a little flour for the filling). 2. Make a small well in the center of the flour mound. Break the egg into it, add water and a little vegetable oil. Add salt and knead the dumpling dough. 3. Roll out the dough into a long, not very thin, flat sheet. 4. Before cutting the dough into small circles for the dumplings, prepare the filling. Cut the piece of pork fat into small cubes and fry in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown. 5. Add the reserved flour to the fried fat and stir. 6. Now use a glass to cut the dough sheet into many small circles. Place a teaspoon of the fat filling in the center of each circle, then pinch the edges together to form a dumpling. The dumplings with fat are ready. All that's left is to boil them in salted boiling water. Remember, after the dumplings float to the surface, cook them for another five minutes.
