Description

I don't cook fish-filled vareniki at home very often, but every time I do, it becomes a little celebration in our family. This dish has an amazing taste and an unforgettable aroma, and honestly, I haven't met a single person who didn't enjoy these vareniki. In principle, you can use other types of fish, but red fish gives the dish a particularly refined flavor. By the way, you might want to keep this simple fish vareniki recipe in mind for when you're expecting guests—this treat is definitely something you can proudly serve.
