1. First, mix the dough from flour, egg, kefir, and 3 tbsp of oil. You might need a little more flour. Knead the dough by hand until it's no longer sticky, then place it in the refrigerator.

2. Boil the chicken in salted water until cooked. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil. Let the chicken cool, then mince it in a blender and mix the resulting mince with the onion.

3. Now roll out the dough, place the filling in the center, and seal the edges. Bring water to a boil and cook them for another 2-3 minutes after they float to the surface.
