Potato dumplings steamed
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preparing steamed vareniki is hardly different from making regular vareniki. The filling, just like in the classic version, can be varied. This particular version is one of our family's favorites, and I hope you'll enjoy it too. You can replace the vegetable oil in the filling with a small piece of minced pork fat—this will make it absolutely wonderful! Make a note of this. Serve hot.
