Potato dumplings in sour cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Potato vareniki are a simple, filling, and very delicious dish. There are many ways to prepare the dough: with water, kefir, buttermilk, etc. Today I'm using sour cream dough. It turns out very tender, soft, and tasty. Working with this dough is a real pleasure. Serve hot.
