Baked milk in a multicooker

960 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. While simmering the milk, consider your multicooker's power—the time may vary from 2 to 4 hours. The signal that the milk is ready will be the formation of a thick layer of foam, which will have a slightly yellowish tint. If you don't have a yogurt maker for further preparation of the baked milk, pour the warm milk into small jars, add sour cream, wrap them up, and leave in a warm place, protected from drafts and shaking, for 8 hours. This method also yields a very delicious result. Ready to serve.

The cooking time may vary from 2 to 4 hours. Mine took 3 hours. The sign of readiness was the formation of a thick foam. If you wish to remove it during cooking, you must do so with a sterile spoon. I didn't remove the foam during cooking, but skimmed it off at the end. I set it aside.
