Green Apple Jam
Description
A simple canning recipe with no unnecessary fuss. Here is an easy recipe for green apple jam. You will need: green apples, ginger, orange, rhubarb, sugar, and water. The jam turns out very unusual—sweet and fragrant, with a distinctive tang at the same time. For me personally, almost every winter evening was spent with hot tea and a spoonful of this jam. I highly recommend making it.
