Apple Jam in the Microwave
Description
Winter preserve made at home. The combination of apples and cinnamon is excellent! They are literally made for each other. But if for one reason or another you are not very fond of cinnamon, you can make the jam without it. Instead of cinnamon, you can add vanillin, lemon juice and zest, or another flavoring to your taste. In the end you will get delicious, very fragrant jam that is every bit as good as the kind you have to cook on the stove. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
